Your Role Business Development Manager – France, Italy, Benelux, Scandinavia As our Business Development Manager , you will support our LAC region properties by leading efforts to expand Hyatt’s presence across key European markets—France, Italy, Benelux, and Scandinavia. Representing Hyatt’s all-inclusive portfolio, you will drive strategic sales initiatives, foster valuable partnerships, and increase revenue through industry relationships. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual with deep market knowledge and a passion for hospitality and travel. Your Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a business development strategy to enhance brand visibility and bookings in your markets. Identify and pursue new opportunities in leisure, corporate, and group travel sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, corporate clients, and strategic partners. Lead sales presentations, training sessions, and FAM (familiarization) trips. Analyze market trends and competitors to adapt strategies and maintain competitiveness. Achieve sales targets through tailored packages, offers, and campaigns. Report on sales performance, KPIs, and market insights to senior leadership. Represent Hyatt at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions. Collaborate with global sales and marketing teams to align regional strategies with overall brand goals. Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing the value of Hyatt’s all-inclusive offerings. Qualifications Your Qualifications, Skills, and Experiences Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field. 5 years of sales experience in the target markets. Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Leadership and team management skills. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Solid understanding of the hospitality industry. Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the region. Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
