You will align business strategy with technology solutions to drive growth and efficiency. Job Responsibilities Define the framework and boundaries for technical solutions, including tools and platforms based on TDB and technology strategy (incl. SaaS) Provide clear platform requirements concerning quality, security, cost, and viability Maintain architecture documentation and catalogs, ensuring accuracy Define high-level tech strategy, vision, and roadmap (6, 12, 18 months), aligning with domain strategies Drive architectural initiatives through enabler epics in product roadmaps and participate in analysis Maintain enterprise-level architecture risk and opportunity logs Document tech strategy with high-level domain targets Engage with the business community on program discoveries Act as SME for cross-business process implementations on current platforms Participate in high-level design reviews for cross-product initiatives to ensure platform integrity and perform impact analysis Support the Product Community in delivery outcomes Work outside delivery teams, staying updated without hierarchical control over Solution Architects Ensure architecture documentation reflects delivery changes Maintain platform integrity in all delivery outcomes Create a collaborative Architecture Community, analyzing innovative ideas and technologies for business use Promote frameworks, values, and vision organization-wide and represent HB at tech events Enhance current architecture frameworks, especially for our Java and Angular platforms You will have the opportunity to work during a significant transformation to become the world's leading travel services provider.
