Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in aligning our business strategy with technology solutions to drive growth and efficiency. Job Responsibilities Define the overall framework and boundaries for technical solutions, including tools and platforms based on TDB and the technology strategy (including SaaS). Provide a clear vision for platform requirements regarding quality, security, cost, and viability. Maintain proper architecture documentation and catalogues, ensuring their accuracy. Define high-level tech strategies, including vision and roadmaps (6, 12, and 18 months), aligning with domain-specific strategies. Drive architectural initiatives via enabler epics in product roadmaps and participate in their analysis. Maintain an enterprise-level architecture risk and opportunities log. Document tech strategies with high-level targets at the domain level. Engage with the business community on program discoveries. Act as SME for cross-business process implementations over current platforms. Participate in high-level design reviews for cross-product initiatives to ensure platform integrity and perform impact analysis. Support the Product Community to ensure delivery outcomes. Maintain awareness of changes within delivery teams without hierarchical control over Solution Architects. Ensure architecture documentation is updated with delivery evolution. Guarantee platform integrity across delivery outcomes. Create a collaborative Architecture Community to collect and analyze innovative ideas and technologies. Advocate frameworks, values, and vision organization-wide and represent HB at tech events. Enhance current architecture frameworks, especially for Java and Angular-based platforms.
