Chef de rang - F&B Service Expert

The Gritti Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting for a Chef de Rang. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Chef de Rang will be part of a team of high-level professionals with a strong passion for F&B. What you will be doing Welcoming guests and attending to tables promptly Serving food and beverages, making recommendations as needed Answering guest questions and handling special requests Recording transactions accurately in MICROS system Checking on guest satisfaction and maintaining cleanliness Communicating with the kitchen regarding orders and dietary needs Following operational and brand standards What we are looking for Legal right to work in Italy with a valid full-time work permit Fluent in English and Italian Understanding of F&B operations and luxury hospitality Outgoing personality with great communication skills Experience in fine dining preferred Knowledge of MICROS system is a plus This role requires physical ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs, stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and maintain a professional appearance. Safety training and certification are required prior to employment.
