Job Opportunity: Junior Product Specialist Location: Parma, Italy Ruralis.com is an innovative startup experiencing rapid growth, specializing in the digital management of holiday homes away from urban centers. We handle all online activities that holiday home owners need to attract and manage international tourists, allowing owners to focus solely on hospitality. Using the latest technologies, we optimize occupancy rates, increase profits for owners, and enhance travelers' experiences. We are a prop-tech startup aiming to develop a new model of sustainable tourism in Italian villages and inland areas. Our Achievements: 741% growth in two years €841,000 revenue in 2024 (344% compared to 2022) Over 300 properties managed across Italy 88 investors raised €510,000 through equity crowdfunding €1.04 million obtained from innovation grants To reach these ambitious goals, we are looking for a Junior Product Specialist (early career or recent graduate), with the possibility of fully remote work and occasional visits to our offices for onboarding. Responsibilities: Quality control of information provided during the preliminary phase; Strategic consulting on pricing and property presentation; Effective communication with holiday home owners; Identifying upselling opportunities; Listing properties on sales portals; Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and IT departments; Candidate Profile: Completed undergraduate or master's studies, preferably in humanities; a background in Hospitality and Tourism Management is a plus; Availability to work 40 hours per week; Clear, direct, and concise communicator; Autonomous and organized; Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus; 6-month paid internship; Potential for apprenticeship or permanent contract after internship; What We Offer: Join a rapidly expanding company that recently closed two successful early-stage investment rounds with 92 international investors; Fully remote work with optional office presence; Possibility of receiving company shares; Participation in travel and corporate events; Young and dynamic team; Strong growth opportunities.
