Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in aligning our business strategy with technology solutions to drive the organization's growth and efficiency. Job Responsibilities Provide the overall framework and boundaries within which a technical solution can reside, including appropriate tools and platforms based on TDB and the technology strategy (incl. SaaS). Offer a clear vision of platform requirements in terms of quality, security, cost, and viability. Maintain proper architecture documentation and catalogues, ensuring their accuracy. Define high-level tech strategy, including vision and roadmap (6, 12, and 18 months), aligning it with domain-specific strategies. Drive architectural initiatives through enabler epics in product roadmaps and participate in their analysis. Maintain an enterprise-level architectural risk and opportunities log. Document tech strategy including high-level targets at domain level. Engage with the business community during program discovery phases. Act as SME for cross-business process implementations over current platforms. Participate in high-level design reviews in cross-product initiatives to ensure platform integrity and perform impact analysis. Support the Product Community to ensure delivery outcomes. Operate outside delivery teams but stay informed of changes, without hierarchical domain authority over Solution Architects. Ensure architecture documentation is updated with delivery changes. Guarantee platform integrity in all delivery outcomes. Create a collaborative Architecture Community, collecting and analyzing innovative ideas and technologies. Be an evangelist for frameworks, values, and vision, representing HB at tech events. Enhance current architecture frameworks, especially for Java and Angular-based platforms.
