We seek charismatic and motivated Consultants to join our team. Please note this is a self-employed, commission-only role, with a minimum daily rate of €355 for referral work. Larger projects may yield higher rates. Key responsibilities include: Source clients and refer them through our network. Our office team manages contracts and billing. Act as a consultant on client projects. Build and maintain client relationships for ongoing instructions. Create an independent referral pipeline. Promote our consulting services within your network and encourage cross-referrals. Earn a share of our daily billing, with a minimum of €355 per referral work, higher for larger projects. Qualifications needed: Consulting experience in one of the specified practice areas. Ability to source leads, canvass, close deals, and manage client expectations. Problem-solving skills.
