Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Chef de Rang will be part of a team of high-level professionals passionate about F&B. This is a seasonal, full-time role (40 hours/week). Ensure each guest feels valued and well-attended. What you will be doing Welcome guests and attend to tables Serve food and beverages, making recommendations as needed Assist guests with menu questions and special requests Record transactions accurately in the MICROS system Check guest satisfaction after each course Clean tables, restock supplies, and complete closing duties Communicate with the kitchen regarding orders, allergies, and special requests Follow cycle time guidelines and maintain cleanliness Inspect china, glass, and silverware before use Adhere to SOPs and brand guidelines at all times What we are looking for Legal right to work in Italy with a valid work permit for full-time (40 hours/week) Fluent in English and Italian Understanding of F&B operations and luxury hospitality Positive attitude and outgoing personality Excellent communication and teamwork skills Experience in fine dining is an advantage Knowledge of Micros is preferred This role requires physical ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs, stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and maintain a professional appearance in uniform. Safety training and certification will be required prior to employment.
