He/she helps develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, social media, and video assets. This includes coordinating photo shootings. The Marketing Manager coordinates all actions dedicated to creating and maintaining a favorable public perception of the company. They are responsible for supervising social media activities and editorial plans, creating press releases and media kits, pitching stories to media outlets, maintaining good relationships with key media representatives, coordinating press trips, organizing events and press conferences, and fielding media inquiries. CANDIDATE PROFILE Education and Experience Degree in Economics and Marketing Minimum 3-year experience of public relations, marketing communications, and/or corporate communications experience, preferably within the Luxury / fashion / lifestyle sector Excellent knowledge of English and Italian (both writing and speaking) Knowledge of Photoshop and Creative Cloud (preferable) Core work activities Developing & Executing Marketing and PR Strategies Managing Public Relations Writing press releases Managing press trips and social media editorial plans Marriott International is an equal opportunity employer.
