Duties and Responsibilities Act as a technical lead, designing, coding, and delivering scalable, resilient microservices across cloud-native environments using .NET and modern architectures. Mentor and guide software engineers, foster best coding practices, and architect complex solutions across multiple domains or platform areas. Implement cloud-native solutions leveraging Kubernetes (GKE, AKS), message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible). Drive CI/CD pipelines, implement observability practices (monitoring, alerting, SLAs), and ensure robust cloud applications utilizing MySQL and CosmosDB. Collaborate closely with architects and cross-functional teams to debug, resolve, and optimize high-complexity software challenges in a fully Agile environment. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Sciences, or a related field. 6 years of software development experience, with at least 4 years in .NET or Java development and 2 years leading technical teams. Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Design, Cloud Platforms (Azure preferred), and modern cloud-native architectures. Hands-on experience with microservices, event-driven systems, CI/CD automation, and container orchestration with Kubernetes. Strong logical reasoning, eagerness to learn new technologies, and a passion for high-quality software development in fast-paced Agile teams. Why Join Us?
