Project Manager - Hotel Openings

We’re looking for a Project Manager - Hotel Openings to manage and coordinate all phases of new hotel openings—from pre-opening through full launch—ensuring alignment with our brand values and service standards. What You’ll Do Lead planning and execution of hotel openings across all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, Spa, etc.) Collaborate closely with Property Teams, Corporate Functions (Operations, HR, Design, Marketing, IT, Finance), and external partners Ensure the implementation of SOPs, brand protocols, and training materials Deliver training on hospitality standards, systems, and company philosophy Manage checklists, procurement timelines, and opening milestones Support continuous improvement through post-opening reviews and audits What We’re Looking For 5 years of experience in hotel operations, including at least 2 hotel openings Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field Strong knowledge of hotel structures, operational procedures, and service quality standards Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams Excellent organizational and communication skills Professional fluency in Spanish and English Willingness to travel internationally Nice to Have Experience in lifestyle, boutique, or luxury hospitality Familiarity with project management tools Interest in sustainability and regenerative hospitality Curiosity for art, design, and culinary experiences If you're passionate about launching innovative hospitality spaces and setting teams up for long-term success, we’d love to hear from you.
