Candidate requirements: Matric Qualification in a relevant field would be advantageous Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial Ability to host and interact with the guests Good communication and interpersonal skills Good administration and computer skills A passion for the industry Excellent staff management skills Good overall understanding of all departments within lodge Pro-Active, Professional, and well presented.
