Job Description Job Description Bayshore Animal Hospital is a privately owned 2 doctor general small/companion animal practice. We have 2 locations, Ormond Beach and Port Orange Florida. We currently have a position open for a full or part-time Associate Veterinarian at our Port Orange location. The Veterinarian must be licensed in the state of Florida, USDA accredited, and capable of performing routine elective soft tissue surgery as well as routine dental care. We will also consider a willing, eager and trainable applicant in need of mentorship and support if needed. The locations offer a capable and caring staff, full surgical suite, full dental care, laboratory, digital radiography, Avimark medical software, telephonic EKG. We have opportunity for referral surgery by a Board Certified Specialist, mobile echocardiography and ultrasound at our Port Orange location. We are a patient-focused, client-oriented team that values modern medicine and old fashioned service. No emergency or weekend hours, all emergencies are referred to a local ER.
