Job Description Job Description The Allison Inn & Spa is Oregon wine Country's first full service luxury resort in the heart of the Willamette Valley. Our extensive spa menu blends living energies from the ecological elements of the Willamette Valley including fruits, herbs, flowers, water and our renowned pinot noir grapes. Seeking one (1) PT or FT Licensed Massage Therapist : Flexible schedules offered, 7-hour shifts with 30-minute lunch. Up to five (5) treatment hours per day. All services have 15-minute turn-over's. Current hours of the Spa: Sunday through Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm. Able to rotate weekend days off. Hourly base wage is $15.95 per hour. Average pay range per hourly service with gratuities is $63.00 - $72.00 . We offer annual hourly increases as well as commission increases as you grow with us. Services are not booked by seniority; all schedules are balanced each day. Additionally, our luxury spa environment brings healthy gratuities! Duties and Responsibilities Provide relaxing yet effective body massage utilizing a variety of techniques and modalities. Provide body wraps, exfoliating scrubs, chair massage, reflexology and hydrotherapy – training provided if needed. Maintain neatness, sanitation requirements and professionalism of the treatment rooms after each guest visit, as well as the dispensary and prep areas. Follow established standard guidelines for treatment procedures and protocols. Always show a positive, pleasant and helpful attitude to guests and teammates alike. Participate in team training efforts, meetings and guest events. Complete SOAP charting for each guest. Insure the privacy of each guest. Qualifications Possess current Oregon Massage Therapy License. Proficient in charting and client prescription documentation. Proficient in a variety of bodywork techniques. Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays. Ability to effectively communicate with all team members. An enthusiastic, positive demeanor and desire to provide exceptional guest service. Clear background Check / Drug Screening (excluding THC) Working conditions/Physical Requirements Must be able to stand and /or sit for extended periods of time. Must have complete range of motion, no physical limitations restricting movement.
