Our ideal candidate will have experience working in a title company, is a self-starter, extremely organized, detail-oriented, and has a positive outlook. Knowledge of Qualia is a plus. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: · Prepare, conduct, and finalize real estate closings. · Order searches, surveys, payoffs, inspections, etc. · Order and clear title commitment requirements. · File disbursement and warehousing. · Communicate with clients and real estate agents clearly and effectively. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: · Highly responsible, self-disciplined, and ethical work habits. · Detail oriented with strong time management skills. · Excellent communication skills. · Flexibility and the ability to handle high pressure, deadline driven duties. · Ability to function in a highly motivated, team-driven environment. · Competent in written and spoken English. · Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. · Notary Public required.
