Position Highlights: Flexible schedules available: Full-time, Part-time, and Per Diem options Outpatient-only practice, serving patients of all ages Medical Assistants, RN, Front Desk, and leadership support provided to support an autonomous practice Access to on-site services including lab, imaging, Behavioral Health, Dietitian, Social Worker and additional specialties depending on location Financially stable and physician-led organization committed to provider well-being We seek candidates who: Are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (ABMS) Prefer to see all ages Are patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary ($235K - $265K, dependent on experience) plus incentives Up to $100K educational loan repayment Up to $100K sign-on bonus Relocation assistance Up to $18K resident stipend Paid CME & malpractice coverage Excellent benefits package for you and your family Eligible for federal loan forgiveness Why Fort Collins?
