They excel in coffee, tea, and menu knowledge, providing exceptional hospitality while maintaining The Boro's cleanliness and organization. Core Duties & Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly in-person and over the phone, offering expert guidance on menu offerings and promotions. Actively sell future experiences, offer pairings, and suggest alternatives to enhance guest satisfaction. Educate customers on coffee, tea, and beverage options, highlighting quality, value, and story of each product. Operate Upserve POS system proficiently and handle phone functions efficiently. Process phone and online orders accurately and coordinate pickup or delivery. Prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and ensure orders are complete and correct. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, setting up the next team member for success. Additional Expectations: Reliable, professional, and organized, embodying hospitality at all times. Maximizes sales opportunities and seeks out ways to enhance guest experiences.
