Join our dynamic team this summer for a cross-functional internship designed to give you hands-on experience across multiple departments within the aviation industry. This unique internship will provide you with the opportunity to work closely with key functions including Asset Management, Operations and Quality Control . The Regional One Internship Program is a paid, 9-week full-time opportunity which runs from June 2 to August 1, 2025. Regional One is a forward-thinking employer with both a desire and a commitment to bring on talented, successful candidates eager to learn about the infrastructure supporting the world’s aviation industry. The selected candidate(s) will start the first 3 weeks in Deerfield Beach, FL for general orientation and training, followed by 6 weeks in Greenville, SC for concentration specific internship. Internship Overview As an intern with Regional One Inc., you will rotate through various departments, gaining valuable exposure and insight into the operational and strategic aspects of the aviation industry. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to critical projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build valuable skills that will prepare you for a career in aviation and beyond. Qualifications Current college senior (preferably pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Aviation Management, or related field) or transitioning military service member. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus. Interest in the aviation industry and business operations. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment. Must be local or able to relocate for the summer (no relocation assistance available). Additional Requirements Intern must be available to work full-time for the duration of the 9-week internship. Strong work ethic, professionalism, and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced industry. Previous experience or coursework related to aviation, business, or any of the functional areas is a plus, but not required. Why Intern with Us?
