Job Description Job Description We seek a highly motivated and experienced Front Office representative to grow into a Front Office Manager to join our team at our mid-scale hotel. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction. As a Front Office Representative/Front Office Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel while also providing leadership and guidance to the front desk team. Hilton-brand experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply Position Responsibilities and Qualifications: Property Management System experience. Education & Experience: High School diploma or GED certification and/or experience in a related field. Previous preferred customer service experience. Strong computer skills and financial knowledge. Experience in firm cash handling preferred. Valid Driver’s License. Physical Demands: Ability to lift objects in the weight range of 10 – 50 lbs. Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Ability to stand during the entire shift Required Competencies Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly, both oral and written. Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be efficient and courteous. Must be able to evaluate and select alternative courses of action quickly and accurately. Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary. Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns and issues raised by team members and guests. Must have the ability to assimilate complex information, data, etc., from disparate sources and consider adjusting or modifying to meet the constraints of a particular need. Must be able to prioritize departmental functions to meet due dates and deadlines. Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data as well as essential arithmetic functions. Train and develop front desk staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
