Job Description Job Description Job Title: Customer Service Representative Location: Miami Beach, FL Pay Rate: $21.09/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Position Overview: We are currently seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Miami Beach area. The ideal candidate will be bilingual, possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and have experience handling both inbound and outbound calls. Key Responsibilities: Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls Assist customers with inquiries regarding services and general questions Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly and professionally Log and update customer interactions in the system Demonstrate knowledge of basic company services to better assist the public Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate department as needed Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times Specific Skills Required: Bilingual (English/Spanish) Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Professional phone etiquette and a customer-first mindset Basic computer skills and abthe ility to learn new systems quickly Company Description WWW.MYKEYSTAFF.COM Company Description WWW.MYKEYSTAFF.COM
