Our family services the entire United States with over 25 locations in 9 states and almost 500 employees . E&S Services/Your Waterproofer, a Kurtz Bros. Company, is looking for Skilled Working Foremen that can actively supervise and work on small construction projects. Site locations are typically new or old homes, housing developments, municipal parks, and commercial excavations sites. Quality Candidates have the following characteristics: Proficient in operating a mini excavator/skid steer for grading & excavation Valid Drivers License preferred Ability to drive with a trailer / CDL is a plus Proficiency using a laser level for reading elevations on topographic plans a plus Proficient in reading site, plans, and blueprints Grading Skills Masonry / bricklaying experience a plus Waterproofing experience Punctual on a daily basis (7am start time) Willing to learn and trainable Willing to work in all weather conditions as needed Ability to follow directions Positions are full time with benefits 401k & Company Match Paid Time Off Health, Dental & Vision insurance Company paid benefits such as life insurance and disability insurance Additional voluntary benefits such as accident insurance available For more info on our company you can go to our residential and commercial construction websites: www.yourwaterproofer.com All install positions require outdoor physical labor, positive attitude and willingness to follow our safety policies.
