The Restaurant General Manager provides overall leadership and direct supervision of operations in an individual Taco Bell unit to ensure that the restaurant meets or exceeds its Annual Operating Plan. Position focal points include: Driving Excellence in Customer Service, maintaining company standards in Product Quality and Food Safety, supervising food handling procedures and operations while exercising financial control to meet unit profit margins. The Restaurant General Manager recruits, selects, trains, develops, and motivates employees to respond to customer needs. The Restaurant General Manager performs hand-on operational tasks (as necessary) to provide exceptional service to customers and to role model appropriate skills and behaviors to the restaurant team.
