Perishables/Deli Manager

Job Description Job Description Restaurant Depot, a national wholesale restaurant supplier is seeking an experienced deli manager for our Tulsa, OK location. Experience in a big-box type operation and/or retail environment preferred. Ideal candidate should have minimum 3 years in related industry/field. Product knowledge; managerial, inventory control, and communications skills are essential. HACCP knowledge also a plus. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. We are a wholesale cash and carry type warehouse not open to the general public. Customer Service Skills are essential as you will be interacting with business customers throughout the day.
