The Server is the face of our restaurant and plays an integral role in our customer’s dining experience. You will build rapport with customers, answer questions about the menu, take orders by phone, in person and from delivery tablets, prepare salads and serve food and drinks. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and has fantastic attention to detail. Schedule (Please Read): Monday 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Tuesday 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturday: 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Discuss during interview) Responsibilities: Take food and beverage orders from customers Answer questions about the menu and preparation Provide accurate orders to the kitchen staff Check with customers periodically during their meals to ensure they are satisfied Take orders from customers for food and beverages Provide customers with their checks at the end of the meal and process payment Prepare salads Pack Orders for delivery and pick-up Pack sauces, cheese and other products from the restaurant Clean and sanitize daily all surfaces, swipe and mop floor. Qualifications: Previous experience as a server is preferred Friendly and outgoing personality Excellent communication skills Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and carrying trays Familiarity with food safety guidelines Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be fluent in English
