Job Description Job Description Office Receptionist/Manager for Naturopathic Medical Office We are seeking a dedicated individual for a front desk position at our naturopathic medical clinic and natural pharmacy. This role presents an excellent opportunity to gain knowledge in natural health while making a significant impact on the lives of our patients and their families. As a small but busy clinic, the front desk position requires a broad skill set across multiple areas to perform various tasks effectively. Responsibilities include greeting all patients via phone or in person, addressing patient and prospective patient inquiries and needs, meticulously tracking patient care, and using QuickBooks for transactions, including inventory management of supplements, lab kits, and medical supplies. The ideal candidate must possess strong attention to detail, organizational, multitasking, computer, and interpersonal skills. It is essential that they be relatively quick learners, take initiative, and demonstrate problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with QuickBooks, Adobe Acrobat forms, Microsoft Word, Excel, Dropbox, Mailchimp, and social media sites is strongly preferred.
