Job Description Job Description Gecko Hospitality is now searching for an experienced and motivated Restaurant General Manager in the Rogers area for a New Restaurant Opening The ideal Restaurant General Manager is a visionary leader who focuses on exceptional teamwork and financial management skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate team members in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Set high standards for food, service, and team performance Inspire and motivate team members to achieve our vision Collaborate with Executive Chef and kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations Thrive in fast-paced environments with strong teamwork and communication Possess comprehensive knowledge of restaurant financials Compensation and Benefits: Salary : up to $90,000 Bonus Potential Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance Paid Time Off Short and Long-Term Disability Insurance 401(k) Qualifications: Minimum of 3-5 years current experience as a Restaurant General Manager in an Upscale Casual concept High volume background - must have Restaurant General Manager experience in establishments doing over $3 million in sales per year Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed Restaurant General Manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.) Must be able to train out of state for this position Company Description Since 2000, Gecko Hospitality and its dedicated Franchise Partners and Recruiters throughout the United States have been pioneers in the hospitality recruiting industry.
