If any technician is caught ?sitting? around, they will be released immediately. Technicians must be proactive everyday. Business Qualification Impact to the Internal/External Customer Customer impact By providing local Desktop Support technicians, will not need to travel a resource to work on site from other locations and save on hotel/travel costs. By providing local Desktop Support resources, can continue to provide on-site desktop/LAN support to local users and meet their Service Level expectations with open tickets.
