Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Beach Cart Operations Manager to join our team You will be responsible for providing resort customers with a memorable rental experience. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all rental activities Oversee guest reservations and resolve issues Hire, train, and manage additional staff members Create and adjust staff schedules to meet business needs Maintain accurate rental records and balance sales Qualifications: Previous resort or hospitality industry experience preferred Strong leadership qualities Ability to work independently and resolve issues Excellent written and communication skills Strong attention to detail Company Description Beachside Rides is a resort based beach cart rental company that’s been in business over 10 years.
