Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness are consistently met. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to promote career growth and team success. Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste to maintain cost control. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant at all times. Handle customer concerns, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner, ensuring an outstanding guest experience. Assist with staff scheduling to ensure the restaurant is appropriately staffed during peak hours while managing labor costs effectively. Monitor restaurant performance, including sales and service metrics, and implement strategies to meet financial goals and improve operational efficiency. Ensure effective communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Collaborate with management to plan and execute promotions, events, and seasonal offerings to drive customer engagement and increase sales. Maintain a positive work environment, fostering teamwork and a strong company culture among employees. Participate in the hiring and onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are trained in all restaurant policies and procedures. Qualifications: 3 years of restaurant management experience, with a proven track record of success in managing a team in a fast-casual or casual dining environment. Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and guests. Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food safety standards, inventory management, and cost control. Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively in a high-pressure environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address issues and concerns quickly and professionally. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
