Receptionist

Job Description Job Description LHH Recruitment is looking to fill a receptionist position. This job is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, fully in office. Responsibilities: Greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area Perform basic administrative tasks (filing, data entry, scanning) Support project managers and office staff with day-to-day operations Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in an office or receptionist role preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Proficient with basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, email, etc.) Dependable, punctual, and able to multitask Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour Search managed by: Megan Clark Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
