This is an exciting opportunity to work behind the scenes of renowned restaurant and hospitality concepts across the country. What You’ll Do: Post job openings and manage the recruitment lifecycle Interview, hire, and onboard new team members Handle offboarding and employee exits as needed Serve as a trusted HR advisor to field managers Own payroll processing and accuracy Manage employee data across systems Oversee benefits administration and enrollment Stay current on HR best practices and compliance What We’re Looking For: 4 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or retail Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred Strong understanding of labor laws (federal, state, local) Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software tools Problem solver with a strategic mindset Team-focused, upbeat, and solutions-oriented Willingness to travel up to 20% At Goodwin Recruiting, we are committed to our core values and providing world class customer service.
