Job Overview: · Perform all kitchen positions and work independently, including pantry and banquet roles, as required by business demands. · Support team members with mentorship, training development, and daily preparation guidance · Assists the chef with specialty dinners and events, requiring minimal supervision · Creates daily features and special menus with the chef's input and approval, while considering the outlet's cuisine theme · Facilitates all food requisitions and ordering needs with the chef's guidance and approval for budgeting · Leads and manages the service when the chef is unavailable.
