Job Description Job Description Overview This position is responsible for ensuring quality and service in their restaurant or department. Responsibilities Promote a positive working environment and lead by example Ensure quality of hospitality, service, and product Responsible for scheduling, planning, timing, motivation, and supervision of all employees Responsible for daily financial controls Assists with the creation, tracking, and execution of strategies for concept and venue improvement Qualifications Two (2) to four (4) years of restaurant management experience in an upscale, trendy establishment required or a combination of education and/or work experience Must be able to analyze Food and Beverage data ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to demonstrate and deliver a high level of service to our guests Has strong verbal and written communication skills Has ability to lead and develop a cohesive outlet team Strong computer skills to include MS word, excel, and Pos Systems WORK ENVIRONMENT: The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke, excessive noise and constant exposure to general public. Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
