Customer Service Representatives

Job Description Job Description PrideStaff works with various companies throughout Palm Beach County to assist with recruitment for customer service/call center opportunities. The locations vary from Boca Raton to Jupiter, and typically, schedules are day shifts during the work week. Pay rates vary, but are typically between $16/hr. to $20/hr. Duties for customer service roles include: Process orders, credits and/or returns Prepare written correspondence Fulfill customers' needs Interact with vendors/clients Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent customer service Track orders and shipments of purchase orders Qualifications: Excellent data entry (testing required) Working knowledge of CRM systems and/or MS Office Suite Verifiable and stable employment history of at least 1 year of related experience Excellent communication skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload Experience in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment Over the years, PrideStaff has helped tens of thousands of people find outstanding career growth opportunities.
