Job Description Job Description Looking for our next OFFICE ASSISTANT in Park City, UT We are involved in the entitlement, development, and sale of commercial and residential properties at and proximate to the Canyons Resort in Park City, Utah. As an Office Assistant for our property management company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our office. Your primary responsibilities will involve administrative tasks, assisting with property management activities, and providing exceptional customer service to clients and tenants. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the smooth functioning of our company and gain valuable experience in the property management industry. This is a Temp to Hire position.- Part Time Office Assistant (Possibly Full Time), 3 days per week, presently anticipated to be Tuesday –Thursday with Flexible hours between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Typical Responsibilities: Assistance with correspondence, spreadsheets, governmental filings. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, very helpful. Accounts payable processing; invoice coding; interface with accounting department Maintain files Bank and mail runs; local errands Answer phones, order supplies General office work and administrative support Employee may qualify for two Epic Passes (season ski passes) for the employee and an immediate family member if they convert from temporary to permanent employee status.
