Revenue Manager

Job Description Job Description We’re seeking a Revenue Manager to drive performance across their growing property portfolio. This role is responsible for setting strategic price points, managing rate structures, and analyzing market trends to optimize revenue and profitability. If you have experience in revenue management for hotels or short-term rentals, and enjoy making data-informed decisions that impact P&L and forecasting, this is a high-impact opportunity with room to grow. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute pricing strategies for a portfolio of boutique hotels and short-term rental properties to maximize occupancy and revenue. Monitor and analyze market trends, demand patterns, and competitive data to adjust rate strategies in real-time. Oversee revenue forecasting and contribute to budgeting and P&L analysis with leadership. Utilize revenue management systems and tools to manage inventory, rate parity, and availability. Partner with marketing, operations, and guest services to align pricing with brand and service goals. Maintain a deep understanding of competitive positioning across each local market. Provide regular reporting and recommendations based on performance data and KPIs Qualifications: Previous experience in revenue management within hospitality, boutique hotels, or short-term rentals required. Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret market data and forecast demand. Familiarity with pricing tools, RMS platforms, and OTA distribution strategies. Understanding of P&L responsibilities and financial impact of pricing decisions. Strategic mindset with attention to operational detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
