Restaurant District Manager Requirements: Multi-unit management experience in QSR restaurants with a drive-through 3 years of experience in a similar role Savvy in financials including planning, P&L's and cash flow Be versed in local labor law compliance Be a self-starter, have the ability to create and manage your teams Restaurant District Manager Responsibilities: Manage new builds in tandem with VP of Operations and new store opening team Hire and train teams for stores in tandem with the Head of Training Make sound business decisions through the lens of the guests' best interest Report on and develop financial goals Work with VP of Operations to ensure success Restaurant District Manager Benefits: Performance-based bonus structure Health insurance benefits Company vehicle with gas reimbursement Company-provided tools including cell phone and laptop At Goodwin Recruiting, we are committed to our core values and providing world class customer service.
