Job Description Job Description Immediate Front Desk Coordinator needed in Norfolk, Virginia. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be a part of the administrative team, and tasks will include managing customer inquiries, maintaining records, and ensuring efficient data entry. This is a long-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Efficiently handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers • Carry out administrative duties with a high level of accuracy • Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping • Provide assistance to vendors as required • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for various tasks • Maintain an organized filing system • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills in all interactions. • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Front Desk Coordinator or similar role • Proficiency in administrative assistance tasks • Experience in answering and managing a multi-line phone system • Strong customer service skills with a customer-first mindset • Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication and relationship building • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for email and calendar management • Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing • Experience in organizing files both physically and digitally for easy retrieval.
