Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients of all ages, including initial assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and disposition. Stabilize critically ill or injured patients and perform life-saving interventions as needed. Work in a collaborative environment with nursing staff, APPs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient flow. Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) (MEDITECH used at Bradford Regional Medical Center). Follow hospital and departmental protocols to ensure high-quality patient care and safety . Site Details: Bradford Regional Medical Center (Bradford, PA) 14,000 annual volume 12-hour physician shifts APP support No ICU available Flexible scheduling Olean General Hospital (Olean, NY) 25,000 annual volume Flexible scheduling APPs provide mid-shift support Day & night shifts available Qualifications: Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM), Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine (with ER experience). Active medical license in Pennsylvania and/or New York. Strong clinical and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to patient-centered care in a rural community setting.
