Work-Life Balance : The team is structured to ensure that each physician works alongside a dedicated APP, allowing you to focus on quality patient care while they handle the routine tasks that slow you up. Tailored Workload: This provider believes in working with their physicians to determine their ideal patient volume, in conjunction with APPs. The call schedule is one week on, and four weeks off.
