Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Description Job Description LHH has partnered with a client in the Hospitality Industry that is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to help on a 3-6 month contract. This role would be fully onsite in Leawood, Kansas. Job Duties Enter, validate, and file payable invoices. Properly code all payables within the company’s accounting structure and ensure transactions have appropriate documentation Reconcile large vendor accounts, investigate and resolve issues related to purchase orders and invoices. Address and resolve discrepancies related to vendor remittance addresses, payment terms and payment information. Monitor, investigate, and resolve reconciling items, transaction errors, and other discrepancies. Requirement/ Skills 2 years of accounts payable (or related accounting & administration experience.
