Job Description Job Description Job Title: Material Handler Job Description Forklift operators will be responsible for covering shipping and receiving as well as supplying production. Product comes into receiving on the East side of the building. Contractors will unload trailers and stage materials in specified locations throughout the warehouse. They will be picking specific materials to supply one of the twelve production lines. The finished product will come to the West side of the building on a conveyor belt where contractors will be responsible for staging them or loading them directly onto the trailer. They will be required to label and shrink-wrap some pallets as well. Responsibilities Unload trailers and stage materials in specified locations throughout the warehouse. Pick specific materials to supply one of the twelve production lines. Stage or load finished products onto trailers from the conveyor belt. Label and shrink-wrap pallets as required. Essential Skills 2 years of sit down forklift experience. 2 years of RF Scan gun experience. Ability to lift 50lbs consistently. Why Work Here? Work Environment The facility is not climate-controlled but is relatively clean. During the winter, it is a comfortable temperature, and during the summer, it can get a little warm due to the machines. The dress code includes steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and hearing protection. The work shift is from 2pm to 10pm. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of FRANKSVILLE, Wisconsin. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
