Job Description Job Description We are seeking candidates with a minimum of three (3) or more years of Assistant Restaurant Management experience in a full service, sit down, breakfast and lunch, family style restaurant. Responsibilities: Oversee guest services and resolve issues Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation Train and manage kitchen personnel Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations Keep Restaurant clean and score perfect health inspections ​ Qualifications: Candidates must have a minimum of three (3) or more years of Restaurant Management experience in a full service, sit down, breakfast and lunch, family style restaurant.
