Job Description Job Description We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Responsibilities: Develop and implement organized filing systems Multi-Week Project: Organize & File receipts, paperwork and files of the business and for the owner Assist Bookkeeper Run Payroll Run Errands Locally Draft correspondences and other formal documents Plan and schedule appointments and events Greet and assist onsite guests Answer inbound telephone calls Perform all other office tasks Qualifications: Be on time or early Previous experience in office administration or other related fields Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail ​Strong organizational skills Company Description We are one of the top 5 longest bartender training programs in the United States and the longest clock hour bartender training program in the Northeast United States.
