Full Time Afternoon Front Desk Agent

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Full Time Afternoon Front Desk Agent to become a part of our team! You will accommodate patrons, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency. Responsibilities: Register and assign rooms to guests Confirm phone and online reservations Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints Collect payment from arriving guests Keep records of occupied rooms and guests Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments ​ Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with guests Strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a team environment as well as individually Benefits: Insurance (optional) is available through the company after working full time for a specified period of time. Vacation time will be offered after working full time for a specified period of time. PTO is accrued based upon the amount of time worked. Pay starts at $16.50 per hour, with the opportunity for a raise annually.
