Job Description Job Description Swing Shift Forklift Operator and Material Handler Job Description We are seeking a reliable forklift operator to assist in moving materials to the proper locations to support the industrial manufacturing of a fabrication shop. The material being moved will consist of raw metal materials. Apply now if you are passionate about fabrication and would like to learn more. Responsibilities Operate forklifts to move and position raw metal materials. Ensure materials are placed in the correct locations to support manufacturing processes. Load and unload materials from trucks and other transportation vehicles. Stack and un-stack materials as required. Perform painting and sandblasting tasks as needed. Complete required documentation and paperwork accurately. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines. Essential Skills Proven experience as a forklift operator. Proficiency in forklift operation. Ability to handle materials safely and efficiently. Knowledge of industrial and fabrication environments. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience as a crane operator. Job Type & Location This position is based out of BERNALILLO, New Mexico. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
