CCTV System Technician

Job Description Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled technician to install and maintain commercial CCTV Camera systems and elevator key systems. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality customer support, perform system testing, and ensure efficient execution of assigned tasks. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this role. Job Description: Install commercial CCTV, and card access systems. Provide reliable, high-quality customer support. Instruct customers on system operation and functionality. Perform system testing and signal verification. Maintain necessary truck stock/inventory (equipment and tools). Perform new system installations, upgrades, and additions. Organize and utilize technical resources, information, material, and support to ensure efficient execution of assigned tasks. Monitor and ensure the progress and completion of assigned tasks. Complete and submit all required task-related activities, productivity, and other documentation in a timely manner. Must have a strong work ethic. Must be detail-oriented. Complete other projects as assigned. Top Skills' Details: Previous experience in installation or technician roles is preferred. We use over 300 brands of cameras, so familiarity with different cameras and security access protocols is essential. Must have own vehicle for commuting to worksite. Experience with computer programming is helpful (e.g., programming elevator keys, hotel doors, controlled access areas). An electronics background is a plus for candidates without specific installation experience.
