Job Description: Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Clerk to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts. Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements. Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of financial information. Handle client inquiries and provide support as needed. Assist with payroll processing and other administrative tasks. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with a preference for finance. Proven experience as a Financial Clerk or in a similar role is a plus, but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
