Job Details • Position: Communicator • Responsibilities: Outbound calling to complete customer service and/or research questionnaires • Work Schedule: Monday – Friday • Shift Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM • Pay: $18 per hour • Start Date: ASAP • Workplace: On-site • Hiring Preference: Temp to Perm Ideal Candidate • Personality: You’re naturally outgoing and enjoy engaging with people throughout the day. • Experience: No formal education or prior experience is required. • Environment: Our focus is on the quality of conversations. There’s no pressure from sales quotas or collections, making it a relatively low-stress environment. • Approach: We don’t work from a strict script. We encourage authentic conversations where your natural communication skills can shine. • Background: Candidates with retail or restaurant experience are encouraged to apply. • Technical Knowledge: Experience with Microsoft office, inbound/outbound calling and a willingness to converse with people across North America.
