Job Description Job Description Job Title: Temporary Property Accountant Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL Pay Rate: $30-$40 per hour Employment Type: 100% Onsite Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Property Accountant to join our clients team on a temporary basis in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property accounting, specifically with experience in Yardi software and CAM reconciliations. This role requires a dedicated professional who can manage financial operations and ensure accurate reporting for our property portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Perform daily accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Manage and reconcile CAM charges and expenses. Utilize Yardi software for property management accounting functions. Prepare monthly financial statements and reports. Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations. Collaborate with property managers to resolve accounting issues. Maintain accurate and organized financial records. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of property accounting experience. Proficiency in Yardi software. Strong understanding of CAM reconciliations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
